Buildings and Dwellings, formed by Tom Yantis in 1985, has a reputation for quality general contracting work, specializing in roofing, painting and concrete construction.

Tom strives for excellence and achieves this by working closely with his client as their project progresses. He presents general guidelines in advance, but keeps the rest of the project flexible
and adaptable.

With an established team of subcontractors he uses for most projects, Tom has found that teamwork means maintaining a professional environment. "We keep our workplace drug- and alcohol-free and we restrict the bad language."
